Condition: Paper foxed and timestained (especially within the margins of the former passe-partout), surface grime in places, otherwise apparently in good condition, unexamined out of the frame. Framed behind glass.

Notes: This drawing served as the cover image of 'Accent' magazine in 1971, where the sitter of the portrait, Joseph Luns a Dutch politician, was called 'Mr. NATO'.
